Pre heat the steamer at 180 degrees Place frozen Buns into a lightly oiled steamer and cover.
Steam the Buns over boiling water for approx.6 to 8 minutes.

    Was exploring the website when I saw these and being a bao fan I absolutely had to try them. Was pleasantly surprised by the product, I have to say. They’re ready to eat/assemble after about 8-10 mins of steaming and they are soft and fluffy, just like how they should be. Stuffed them with fried eggplants, pickled onions and cucumber and added some of their chilli oil. Perfect for a light, satisfying dinner!
