Quick and easy, restaurant style gravy is here! Try our delicious Punjabi Chicken Kadai Gravy made with ginger, garlic and Kashmiri chilli powder, sauteed and mixed with a rich tomato and onion base.
Parties or get-togethers, this gravy is the quickest way to serve finger licking cuisines to all your guests. Serve it with a butter naan or rice for a flavourful meal.

Preheat the Pan and add two tablespoons of cooking oil/ghee. Add 2 Whole Dry Red Chilly, 2-3 Green Chilly and saute it well.
Add Onion julienne, green capsicum julienne, tomato julienne and saute it. 
Add 400 gms of any proteins like chicken, prawns or paneer, the whole packet of Kadhai Gravy one cup of water and mix it well. 
Add one teaspoon of butter, red chilli powder and garam masala and salt as per requirement and cook it for 2-3 mins.
Garnish with chopped coriander and ginger julienne.
