Love Biryani? One of the most loved cuisines amongst Indians, passed on to us by the Mughals, is the classic Biryani.

We present you our Dum Biryani Gravy. Crunchy onions, rich tomatoes, yogurt and ginger garlic paste, turned into a creamy gravy, this delectable mix can be used for an easy, ready to cook Biryani.

Heat the pan, add 20 ml of cooking oil and 500 gms protein (Paneer/ Chicken) and saute well. (Optional: Add baby potatoes cut in half without skin) .
Empty the Biryani Gravy pack, add half cup water and saute it till it gets cooked. 
Add chilli powder, garam masala and salt if required. 
Cook rice for biryani separately till 2/3 rd done. 
In a flat bottom container, layer the cooked biryani gravy and the rice alternatively.
Garnish with coriander, mint and fried onions. Seal the container tightly with an aluminium foil lid and cook on slow heat for 10 mins. Your biriyani is ready to serve along with raita.
