A prominent stir fry sauce used in Asian cuisines around the world, Kung Pao has 2 different layers of flavours. One being a result of red chillies, chilli paste and a variety of spices and other being a combination of mushroom dark soya and vinegar which gives it a rich aroma and unique taste.

Heat 30ml oil in a non stick pan – add onion and capsicum cube saute, for 2 minutes.
Add mix vegetables or choice of any protein 200gm (chicken,paneer,prawns,fish and exotic vegatables) and 50ml water stir fry till cooked.
Add 80gm kungpao sauce , stir fry and add salt if required.
Garnish with chopped spring oinion and fried peanut and serve hot.
Note: You can use our oriental chilli paste for upgrading your spice level.

    I’ve tired making Kung pao potato with so many different sauces and all have turned out okayish. But this sauce turned my home cooked dish into a restaurant quality dish with half the time, everything was perfect and well balanced!
