Our take on the robust and powerful Chettinad cuisine, this gravy is peppery and diluted with a hint of coconut milk. A popular dish, cooked with authentic Indian spices and condiments and laced with coconut and onions. Excellent in combintion with vegetables, paneer, meat and sea food.
Serve this with plain Rice or Paratha to bring magic to your plate.

Heat the pan and add two tablespoons of oil and add 500 gms of boneless chicken or paneer and sautee till almost done – add slit green chilies for extra heat (optional).
Add the packet of Chettinad Gravy and one cup of water and cook till done.
Garnish with fried curry leaves and the dish is ready to serve.

    A delectable, spicy gravy, just how you get it in Kerala. Was super easy and quick to make – I added paneer for protein. Simply sautéed it in some oil and added this gravy along with a bit of water. Let it cook for about 15 mins and devoured it with some set dosa. Would definitely recommend too. The spice level is on the high side for this dish, so people who like mild flavours may not enjoy it as much.
