Black Pepper Sauce Recipe

Prep Time: 30 Mins

Cooking Time: 5 Mins

Cut a wedge of cottage cheese into 1-inch steaks. Coat with MoiSoi black pepper sauce and marinate for 30 minutes.

Grill steaks on high flame till charred.

Serve on a bed of Chinese cabbage and carrots for extra flavour!
(Use a white flaky fish for a non-veg version!)

    I called for the Black pepper sauce on a friends recommendation and I have not regretted one bit!
    I paired it with some of their Schezwan Sauce and stir fried vegetables and it tasted just like it would be when ordered from an authentic Chinese restaurant. Highly recommended!
